Posted by on Mar 10, 2015

The 2nd round Ferrari Challenge returned to South Florida for several days of racing at Homestead-Miami Speedway. The main races were held Saturday March 7th and Sunday March 8th. Both race 1 and 2 were dominated by pole-setter Emmanuel Anassis, who led every lap, driving the Ferrari Quebec entered car. Former champion Scott Tucker, in the Boardwalk Ferrari entered car, drove a strong race on both occasions, however, he was never able to get by, despite setting a new race lap record in Race 1, and finished 2nd in both races. Aside from the approximately 30 458 Challenge cars in the pit area, another 70 Ferraris could be seen in the spectator and paddock areas throughout the day on Saturday March 7th, including a brand new LaFerrari.
