Two Awards for 458 Speciale Engine

Ferrari takes International Engine of the Year awards for the fifth year running For the fifth year running a Ferrari engine has triumphed in two categories of the prestigious International Engine of the Year Awards – Performance Engine of the Year and the Above 4-litre class. The winner on this occasion is the naturally-aspirated 4.5-litre V8 engine that equips the 458 Italia and 458 Spider in its most powerful guise for the 458 Speciale and Speciale A. The V8 won both awards two years running in 2011 and 2012. That success was repeated in 2014 and now again in 2015. Let’s celebrate Thanksgiving with Ferraris photographed in the Usa. It is the quintessential American holiday: Thanksgiving. Celebrated on the fourth Thursday every November, it is perhaps the only day when almost everyone in the USA stops working to spend time with family and friends. The Pilgrims celebrated the original Thanksgiving in 1621 to mark their first harvest in the New World. The feast lasted three days and was attended by 90 Native Americans. Abraham Lincoln decreed it a federal holiday in 1863. Today it remains one of the great American customs, when families gather together to give thanks and enjoy a delicious meal of traditional native foods starting with the requisite roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, pumpkin and sweet potatoes. Ferrari 458 Speciale Wins Autocar’s “Britain Best Driver”

Ferrari’s 458 Speciale has come out on top in an annual group test run by Autocar, one of the most important motoring magazines in the world, to find “Britain’s Best Driver Car.” This essentially means it’s the best car as far as the demanding palates of drivers in the UK are concerned, a country that has always appreciated fine automobilies.
